Operator Stack is operated by ZBD Systems. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
Email addresses — submitted voluntarily through our lead magnet forms (assessment, quick-start guide, prompt pack, self-audit checklist). We use your email to deliver the resource you requested and to send occasional updates about Operator Stack. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Payment information — processed entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number, CVV, or billing details. Stripe's privacy policy governs that data.
Analytics — we use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-focused, cookie-free analytics tool. Plausible does not use cookies, does not collect personal data, and does not track users across sites. All data is aggregated. No individual visitor profiles are created.
We do not use cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party advertising scripts. We do not sell, rent, or share your email address with anyone. We do not run retargeting campaigns.
Email addresses are used to deliver requested resources and occasional product updates. That's it. No spam, no partner offers, no data brokering.
Stripe — payment processing. Netlify — website hosting and form submissions. Beehiiv — email delivery. Plausible — privacy-focused analytics. Each service has its own privacy policy governing data within their systems.
You can request deletion of your email from our systems at any time by emailing support@zbdsystems.com. We will remove your data within 7 business days.
